Your mortgage scenario belongs to you.

Effective July 28, 2026. The calculator is designed to work without an account and without sending calculator values to a Utilitas server.

Calculator data

Inputs and calculations run in your browser. The Save button stores the current scenario in browser local storage on the device you are using. Load reads that local copy. Reset removes it.

Sharing and downloads

Share link places selected planning assumptions in the URL so you can copy or send it. Anyone with that URL can read those values. Do not include sensitive personal information. CSV and PDF files are generated in the browser and downloaded to your device.

Advertising

The site reserves clearly labelled spaces for advertising. Unfilled placeholders do not track you. If advertising technology is activated later, this policy and consent behaviour must be updated before personalized advertising is served where consent is required.

Optional Google Analytics

Mortgage Compass has its own Google Analytics 4 property. Analytics does not load until you select Allow analytics, and Global Privacy Control keeps it off. When allowed, it receives a query-free page path, page title, referrer origin, and ordinary device or browser information. Mortgage inputs, saved scenarios, downloads, and share-link queries are excluded. You can reopen the choice with the Analytics choices button.

Technical records

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested path, device or browser details, and security events to deliver and protect the site. We do not ask you to submit mortgage documents, banking credentials, government identifiers, or a lender application.
